Google Toolbar

Google.com (http://www.google.com) Click on Google Toolbar button below Google Search and I Feel Lucky. Follow directions for installation.

Google Toolbar adds a search engine called Google to your toolbar in Internet Explorer. Google is a fast search engine that in addition to web pages also searches for images, discussion groups, and directories that contain the words of your query.

A unique feature of Google Toolbar is highlighting. The words you for which you searched can be highlighted in the results of that search.  This is a great feature for this acuity-challenged person.
