Equipment Checkout/Supplies

The Multimedia Center (room 514) on SCC's North Campus (West Burlington, IA) has the following equipment and materials available for use by our faculty, staff, and students.

We invite you to visit with our staff in the Multimedia Center. Let our staff -  Mary Smith, and myself, assist you with your instructional and training needs.

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. through 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. through 4:00 p.m.

Call, e-mail or stop by the Multimedia Center (room 514).

Information Needed When Reserving Equipment

(Copy and paste the following list into your e-mail message or reference it when contacting us via phone or in person.)

  • Your name (first and last)
  • Your phone number/e-mail
  • Your title/position
  • Your campus/attendance center
  • Today's date
  • Date equipment is needed
  • Will you pick up or do you need equipment delivered?
  • Date/time you will pick up (if applicable)
  • If equipment is to be delivered, date/time/place to be delivered
  • Equipment requested (be specific) (e.g. if you want a digital camera, will any digital camera work?)
