As of September of 2003, Adobe Photoshop 7.0 is the latest version. and the following information will help you to utilize the program to the best of your capabilities. 

*NOTE: Photoshop 7.0 is installed in all the computers in the North campus computer lab (room 142).

A wise man once said, "Photoshop has a STEEP LEARNING CURVE". 
Meaning, it is not going to be learned overnight. It is the repetition of practicing the techniques that will allow you to become good at what you want to do.
